Its got to be the Flux-Capacitor. Unless its reading 1.21 gigawatts it won't work......

i maybe wrong but i thought sys11a has the half and half ? b's are all +10million score ability releases?
display data needs to be checked with logic probe. cpu side? i doubt youd get past startup...the pia will flag fault.
most likely logic on display pcb.
