Gottlieb 'Pro Football' Xmas Restoration
« on: December 21, 2009, 07:25:32 PM »
Heres a few images of where I'm at with a 1973 'Pro Football' EM I picked up months ago. I 've had to build a new BB (Wedgehead) as the original was beyond repair. All woodwork has now been re-sprayed and finally all is put back together. A few problems with sticking score reels which I'l look at over the next week. One other problem with the game not stopping after the last ball (5). The PF had been mylared when I bought the machine and the BG had been sealed and is in FC. I'll keep post more pics as the project nears completion.

The PF had a new mylar when I bought the machine. The previous owner started a restore & then decided to sell the machine off unfinished.

Looking good mate ^^^

Always impressed to see these older pins look like new again, wish I had the talent to do the same to one.
Cheers Mark.

I've got a Pro Football stacked in the back of the garage. Last owner painted the cabinet black. It's my restore project - just waiting to win Lotto so I can quit work an spend time on the things I enjoy.
Wanted: GTB Aquarius backglass. Any playfield bits and backglasses from any EMs - nothing is junk to me.
