need help 76" grand prix

 ^&^g,day guys ,I bought a williams  76"grand prix electromechanical.It is from germany  ,I changed the wall plug to aussie input, but doesnt want to fire up.The brown wire to transformer is connected to the 275 volt .It has a 220 volt cdnnector next to it....all help appreciated...

Id start by checking all the fuses and making sure they are the right values as often these improt machines have all sorts of nasty hack jobs to fix a blown fuse.


     Once there all checked manualy add some credits via the backbox then push start and see what happens

I had a look at the fuses,& checked with a DMM, but i,ll check again
