A great choice of machine on you "want" list. Depends on the condition. Assuming a working and reconditioned machine, you might be looking at $1800 - $2200. Restored (with repro playfield and plastics / cab repaint) could fetch $3000.

You might find a working, unshopped "as is" for $1600 ish

There are three different version of EBD ;

1 - Original EBD manufactured in 1980
2 - EBD Limited Edition manufactured in 1982 - different headbox. Not really collectible
3 - Midway EBD manufactured in 1984

The Original and Rerun of EBD had a few difference - the cabinet artwork, the apron and the under playfield light sockets.

My opinion is that you will find the "original" EBD more readily and it would be considered the machine to own in your collection over the other two versions.

The biggest problem with these is that the playfields are often the worse for wear as these things got absolutely hammered when they were released. If you need a new playfield then you are looking at around $1000 to buy one locally or get one in from the States if available (there was a run of repro playfields, some may still be for sale).

I paid top dollar for my EBD but the cabinet was re-stencilled and the playfield is the best I've seen in terms of lack of wear. Backglass isn't so good so one day I'll pick up a better one, but can live with that for now.
