Rod, I have seen them, being SIMPSONS for $7 grand cash to $7995.

When u look at the Marco Spec website, it gives u a USA purchase price on New STERNS, then I factor in the aussie dollar conversion rate, plus the transport costs to Australia, plus any duties payable etc, then u can work out what u think a fair price would be to pay in Australia for a New in Box STERN.

I am sure, with cash in hand, a great deal on a new STERN could be had with anyone sitting on brand new in box stock.  !@#

no, I didnt win this one, but my crystal ball was pretty good. i was out by $1. lol

5500 was about what i thought it would sell for maximum, because buying a new one from mark, and the price mark wants, would make me only pay 5500 for a second hand one.

someone got a real good deal cause it has 2 x playfields spare, and looks to still be minty in condition.

I will buy a simpsons, but probably a new in box, if its the right price. someone scored a really nice looking machine, hope the seller is happy with the 5500.

Well done, mate, right on the money with that one. I thought the extra playfields would push it past $6000.
