Title: G'day - just signed up!

Greetings!

I've been a member of aanother forum for the past year and was just pointed in the direction of this forum by member who is on both.

A bit about me: I grew up in Cronulla (Sydney's south) in the 60's and 70's and played pinball in all the haunts there. While I like video games, I absolutely love pinball and especially the older machines from my era, so I am glad to have found a dedicated pinball forum.

I have two pinball machines at present... a Gottlieb Fastdaw (1975 EM) and a Stern Magic (1979 SS). I'd like to acquire a DMD at some stage this year if funds permit.

Looking forward to getting to know the members here.

Hi there, hope you enjoy this forum nearly as much as you enjoy pinball.

Nice start to a collection there, a DMD could round it off nicely.

Good luck with finding a DMD.  There is a fairly broad ownership of most DMD's on here so plenty of advise!

Hey guys - thanks heaps for the welcome!  :D  Much appreciatated. Great to see so many names I know and people I've met over at Rollerball's.

Tony - your old Fastdraw is going really well. It's such a classic. She can be a tough machine to master but my best score so far is about 87,000.

Nino - my Stern Magic is still going strong after I installed the new rectifier board. Thanks again for your help with that. It was very satisfying getting that pin repaired to full working order.
