I have the chance to purchase a Zaccaria Time Machine Pinball, they want $800 for it, is this a reasonable price.
the machine is not working, the GI and playfield lights work, the score displays have zeros on them, one display has other numbers but i cant remember what they were.
PF looks good.
Cabinet looks good.
Back Glass looks good.
Are they a pain in the arse to fix, and get parts for.
the machine would scrub up quite well i think.

Pain in the arse to Fix !
However, there are knowledgeable guys that should be able to assist. There are a few Zac threads at the moment including Gavin's Epic corrosion repair job @@^

LOl- Well lets just say that Zacs are a challenge to fix ... But... this machine has zeros in the displays and this means that the game is booting and this is a good start.
If it were me.. at $800 id be snapping it up.

For $800 I would reccommend buying for sure. I just paid $400 for one missing the Back Glass, power supply and driver boards. Boards are easy fix if you know what to look for. I can assist with tips for repair or you can post me the boards if you wish and I will repair and post back for cost of parts and mailing.

Hi Ian, will try and take some pics this weekend and post them for you. It uses a motor under the playfield to raise and lower

Good buy if you ask me. The numbers would proberly be an error code or something but if ur good at working on boards it a good buy.

I have bought time machine for $500, the back glass is a 7/10, with a few scratches.
the cabinet is a 7/10 has some graffiti.
and the play field is 9/10, a little bit of wear on the edge of the sinking pop bumper play field.
and its just plain dirty.
