Title: Circuit Board Repairs

Seeing as Nino has started writing up some circuit board repair info, and I will be doing the same over time, it may be worth putting these in their own section (or subsection of "Pinball Repairs / Problems").

Just a thought, and it would make them easier to find for anyone interested...

I reckon in the technical section a "Circuit Board Repair" section would be great! And a separate "Other things Electric" for the other stuff maybe
