Leaving for a extended longer period.
« on: May 21, 2013, 04:51:20 PM »
I am sorry to say I will be leaving the forum for a extended period and focusing on other positive things like work n family for a while.
This is a decision I made on my own accord, just to do something different for a while.
I just decided I should put that forum time/the hour or two each day to family time instead, before the wife divorces me.lol
I will still collect the occasional Stern behind the scenes, but that will be about it.

I have enjoyed most of my time on the forum and have enjoyed most of the people and most of the content and wouldn't change one minute of it.
To the people who have posted positive things, pinball stuff and all the fun and entertaining informative stories n fun stuff, I say thanks for your input and hope the same people keep plugging away. I tried to help with some of my own threads/posts, hopefully something was worth something to somebody somewhere.

Never has the pinball industry been so alive and exciting. Hopefully Aussie Pinball keeps on keeping on and I have no doubt that all the great posters will keep the threads coming. A big thankyou to Nick n Nino for their efforts over the years. It is a thankless job, but these guys take time out of their personal lives to run this forum. We haven't always got along, but I do respect them for their diligence and for giving this pinball site to the world, for whom so many people do enjoy.
To all my friends, you know who u are, I say, I hope all your dreams come true this next 12 months, and even to my half a dozen detractors/enemies.lol, I wish you the absolute best for the rest of 2013 as well. I don't wish anything ill towards anyone, just the opposite.

Enjoy pinball guys and keep having fun whilst growing the best hobby in the world.

regards, Brett/Caveoftreasures  ^^^

PS: Doubt you'll ever be back to read this anyway will you??? It's nothing personal against Brett, I just think the threads are a bit of a self wank.

Look after yourself and the Family.
There goes a quarter of the posts, you have certainly made this site interesting over the years.
Keep the pinball alive with your young ones.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,
