Title: T2 ball popper assembly fix
Post by: wonder on January 11, 2009, 12:51:23 PM

All this talk about t2 have made wont to finish this one a got a while back(no comment from mark)Received it with no coils and all brackets bent and wires cut, parts missing, project machine.

Having trouble with the ball popper as not sure that when you put the roll pin in to hold the cap to the rod, should the cap be able to move up at all as there is a slot allowing for this, but when i put the roll pin in it locks it up so no movement at all.Is this right or should i have some up wards movement in the cap, when in machine.
When ordering the parts the only thing i didn't get was the roll pin 3/32 x 1/2 but I'm petty sure i got the right one for the job.
So could someone check to see if they can lift there ball popper cap up when on the machine.
thanks
Craig

From memory, there should be a tiny spring that sits between the cap and the main plunger. Three sleeves are also placed over the top of the cap shaft, to prevent the clip from being dislodged..

Hopefully I have not confused myself, but that's the configuration on DE VUKs.
