Go to General Tools at Cavan, they have trolleys to suit, you need the J048 from the catalogue, should be around $200.
Don't be tempted to go for the heavier ones they won't fit between the legs of a standard width machine.

They generally don't reply to emails...never answers the phone. Best to go in there in person. If you can't go there in person then keep emailing or sending a letter.
I had no choice but to go in person and then service was good..then in the background I heard the phone ringing and Felix? Didn't even skip a beat in conversation!
If you want the best trolley on the market, then persist with it and good luck!
Oh and Mark C at P S P A sells them or at least can make contact with Gamemasters for you

Gee I wonder why? Bad service and false promises is all I had. If you advertise your number and email, fxxxking back it up with replying to them.
Boots has the answer, I like mine ^^^

Yeah I'm not sure why he did email me around a month or more ago then he went silent so I cruised past and all locked up.

Yeah, that's what my experience was like as well.
Good trolley but crap service.
I knew he was there so I just rang over and over and over again until someone picked up the phone.

waste of time ringing over and over. either make it or get a mate to make it *%*

That's what I ended up doing. Seems I had the same experience as everyone else, the phone was never answered and email never responded to.

I had some made but are a bit pricey but there is no jacking up you just stand on the hand an it raises ad hit the release and it goes down. Like to old tech trolleys. Works great but only issue is we couldn't get a shock absorber that would fit because we made them lift higher than the originals because the old ones wouldn't lift the new sterns

Thanks to all those who replied-from what you're saying looks like he doesn't want or need any new customers so I won't spend any more time on it.Thanks for the local knowledge Boots-I was starting to think that way and you've saved me a bit of time searching.

Just checking - if I have a new Stern the model suggested here won't lift it?

Look for the red pinball lifters that are sold at tool shops cause they lift every machine and are better priced with better service n warranty etc.
Search pinball trolley on this forum and look for the threads which have photos of the red trolleys that various members incl myself have bought and can reccommend.

Cool, thanks. When he says it doesn't lift new Sterns he must be referring to the custom one he made.

I have one of each, the blue one is better on wood floors,ie leaves no marks.red one is easier to use but dents hardwood flooring.

Wow, thanks for the tip, Studley. I'm putting in a floating floor so this is important to me. Do you have a model/manufacturer name? I can only see red ones.
