Please feel free to use this forums to ask questions, post suggestions, and comments on all things Nucore.
For those of you who aren't familiar with Nucore:
NUCORE is a drop-in replacement for the original Williams Pinball 2000* computer system. Many people love the Pinball 2000 system but have never purchased one due to the lack of replacement parts. The Prism card, which is a key component of the system, is extremely rare and very expensive if you can find one. The NUCORE system works using standard off-the-shelf and inexpensive computer parts. The games play just like they did with the original hardware only better. The NUCORE system provides much smoother animation than the original. NUCORE is much more efficient at registering switch hits than the original. NUCORE will also allow you to do things you never thought possible with your machine.

Sounds great Chuck. Keep the updates coming.

Right now we're spending all our time preparing the code for expo. I worked on my RFM and fixed two playfield issues and my SWE1 is nearly perfect. I think it only has about 100 plays on it. The hardware is ready at least =)

Great news for owners of P2000 machines, and also for prospective buyers. Great to hear about developments like this !

Wish I could get to expo to see the NuCore system.
It's good to see someone has taken up the challenge and made a replacement Pinball 2000 system! Maybe I will buy a RFM now...
Thanks for keeping us up to date Chuck, and good to meet you :)

I hope someone shoots a video so everyone who can't attend will get a chance to see it demonstrated. I've added some really cool functionality to the jukebox this week and I'm geeked.
Sorry for so few updates but with expo 3 weeks away I've been very busy.

That's cool Chuck. I'm sure you'll have plenty to tell us after expo.

Little updates are fine. I am interested on the developer side to experiment with pin 2000 style games and such. I mean, Williams knew that they were done when they came out with the system and it never had a chance. Great job.

Is good to see you getting the platform you deserve Chuck. Im glad youve taken up the challenge are steaming ahead despite those that only want to see you fail.
Mate, it sounds like a real winner for you and i hope Expo is the launching pad you need to really get the ( silver) ball rolling. Looking forward to the updates when youve time.
Best of luck at Expo.....
