yes I've noticed step prices on some pins on ebag, Is the asking price a true refection on prices  !@# Completed listing show whats been sold lately, Auctions & BIN  (((

Spot on. People are asking the higher prices, but the actual completed sales data indicates that they aren't selling for that price. I'm even classifying a pulled/ended early auction as a sale. The high priced* pins generally aren't moving.

Seeing the same high priced pins get relisted over and over again on ebay. Also noticed that a lot of those same sellers are also listing on gumtree so they have a bit more negotiation room on the asking price.


*High priced = $5k and up. The Spiderman Black that was snapped up the other night for $8k BIN was an aberration and undervalued for what it was.
