I believe overseas will be your only option.  These guys have a range of stencils.

And these Guys sell lots of stuff, including stencils. Your one isn't listed, but why not email 'em anyway, you never know...

Permission has to be gained by the owner of the rights to this machine before stencils can be produced in AUS. Something i am currently working on, but in all honesty it will take a while before permission is granted so your best  bet is to purchase what is already available overseas.
 I have a list of machines that i am seeking permission for, ill certainly add this title to that list.
When this will happen i cant say as i am am so busy that for now stencil making is on hold.
