A positive at last. You need to go to extremes sometimes to get the ball rolling.
Something to keep in mind in your new role is that all those high end houses along the coast NEED a decent sized pinball room!

I bet a load of stress has just disappeared for you & family, now you can sleep again at night...

More importantly (now) is to focus on Mother-in-law situation and close that chapter too.
