Welcome to the forum and to the wonderful world of pinball ownership (soon!)

So many games from the nineties that might suit you, and budget plays a big role too. T2 is a fun game (rules are not too deep though) and has attracted a bit of a price increase over the last couple of years. If you liked the film it is very appealing.

Best advice is to find a dealer with games on the floor so you can try them out. Second hand dealers though can be like used car salesman though, and they'll tell you that Space Jam is hugely popular and worth $XXX, when in fact it is not popular, but new owners often seem to end up with less desirable titles due to lack of knowledge. Check out some games, and come back here for opinions on the game and pricing.
“If you wanna escape, go up to a pinball machine. There’s a magic button on the front that takes you to a world under the glass and makes the the rest of the universe disappear.”
