I agree, most remakes are dreadful. Some have done themselves justice, but its few.
What gets me is the latest insult, " re-imaging " of classic movies. House Of Wax 1953-classic.-----House Of Wax-Paris Hilton?????? They are re-imaging the Lost Boys and Rocky Horror, possibly featuring Marilyn Manson as Frankenfurter! This to me proves that a ton of people in the movie industry have completly lost it. A classic, is a classic for a reason. Someone go to hollywood and tell em, please.
