As the subject line says, does anyone know of someone in Sydney who is capable of repairing a Williams MPU board?
I am finally at my wits end with mine, 2 months along and still can't find what should be a simple fault.
Cheers,

Ken (Skybeaux on the forum) is on the Central Coast and is well known for board repairs. You can always post it to him. I have heard his rates are very reasonable.

Bugger! Heard from Ken, unfortunately he does not have a way of testing the board without my whole machine.
It would be a major headache getting it to him.
I don't suppose anyone has any other leads for board repair?
If push came to shove I could post interstate, although I would be worried about getting a board damaged by
AP.
Is there anyone reliable elsewhere?
Cheers

What is the fault? Which machine?

Williams Comet, System 9 MPU board.
Variable hum in attract mode, no boot up sounds.
Can find similar problem searching the net, but no answer to the problem.
