A few pics of the Playfield before i start the Resto, Playfied is nice with a full mylar, Only a few inserts to re-glue, Plastics all look good too. Will polish up the existing Mylar and clean up the plastics etc. Game will have all  New drop Targets , Bumper assemblies . Rebuild Flipper mechs ( 3 under playfield) 1 controls the multiball  all to be rebuilt, Last pic is of one of the lifted inserts

Lockdown bar all cleaned up , had some bad scratches , sanded out and re-grained, may do a bit more on it yet, Under side repainted and new "Beer Seal" Installed... $&&

That's great attention to detail. The lock down bar should always have a new beer seal, and the underside has been cleaned up very well.

I was just curious, was this the Catacomb that was on Gumtree approx 6-12 months ago that was missing the backglass?

Strangely I recall that around the same time someone was selling a Catcomb backglass on Gumtree also.  I thought it was weird at the time since it wasn't a game I had seen often.

Yes The very same one!   Mark (The owner) got a Repro B/Glass the very next day from another seller. Came Cabinet was bad bottom board was rotten and was replaced . Cabinet woodwork and respray by Pinprick whom did a great job on it ...

Ahh I thought the two might have been put together.

It looks like it's coming together nicely, that cabinet looks fantastic.

The cabinet looks awesome. The green color is certainly unique to that game.

Some more shots of some hacks that i found. Shooter coil wiring to be fixed and lastly a home made Link on one of the flippers. New flipper kits will be installed. Note the Hankin Flipper coils too. If these are the same windings as per original they will left as is..
