Hi All
« on: February 11, 2009, 12:21:40 AM »
Hi all, John here from SA. Been around pinballs for many many years now. Played them from a very young age and brough my first one in 1990 (cosmic princess for $50) - I knew then one wasnt enough. Ive had many over the years and only wished I could have kept them all but I'm limited for space. The best part of the hobby is talking to others with the same passion (or is that obsession), sharing their ideas and the hearing stories behind each machines.

My current pinballs include Twilight Zone, Monster Bash, Cirqus Voltaire, Theatre of Magic, Meteor, Nitro Ground Shaker and Eight Ball deluxe LE.

Long live pinball.

Cheers
John.

Welcome aboard John. That's a nice bunch of games you have there. Enjoy the forum!

Hi John, nice line-up there - wouldn't mind one or two of those myself.

How would you describe the pinball scene in SA? I lived in Adelaide for a couple of years myself, but I wasn't looking out for pins back then.

pinball scene in SA is very active - there are many collectors (big and small with awesome pins) and others just keen to play them all. We have regular get togthers and play for hours.
