Bought an old Central Park the other week..2 problems, noticed it does not hve the on/off toggle switch underneath, tried the flippers to see if that would turn it on but no..also, opened door and pulled lockbar handle down and released the lockbar, slid glass out. grabbed playfield from ball outlet but theplayfield does not want to come up..am I missing another latch or something...thanks

Reach through the coin door with the power off and pull the locking/engaging handle to release the playfield locking mechanism and then you can pull the playfield up with the glass removed. It will be a straight piece of flat bar, usually a pale yellow/anodised color.

Going off memory -

There's an "anti tamper" switch on the bottom board front left hand side. It looks like a tilt switch. If that switch is open, the game will not have power.
