Wow what a difference on the door! how did you remove rust ?
I'm fortunate enough to have access to a shot blaster which made quick work of the rust. What was left underneath was pretty good, so I just had the parts re-zinced. The front of the door has some chrome components also and the shot blaster won't do much more than dull those areas so I just took then straight to the electroplaters for stripping and rechroming.
