I am looking for an Atari Superman pin in working shape or as a project.  if anyone has one they want to sell or knows of one, please let me know.

It took me years to find my Superman.  Even in no working condition, people just seem to hold onto them.  Every now and again you see one come up on eBay.  They typically go for silly money and then another couple appear shortly after when people think they can get big bucks for them and unfortunately they normally do.

I wonder if Homepin would ever consider a repro of the Atari (in particular Superman) board set.  I reckon every owner of a Superman machine would buy one.

I guess they are worth what someone is willing to pay for them, doubt they will sell for those prices though

I had a look at this machine when he had it out the back and not working. I'd gone in to check out a similarly overpriced game for a client of mine. Looked OK condition, lit up but wasn't working. Silly price, but I suppose you never know - it's at a second-hand dealer shop, might get bought by an uninformed person.

Superman isn't a $6k machine.  I have seen one or two sell on eBay around the $4k which again I think is overpriced.  Classic example of supply and demand though....there just isn't the supply out there.
