I don't own a BH, but I think it is 23 3/4 inch X 48 inch.

Heh, I was trying to google this last night. No luck...
But there are three other owners, and at least two of them frequent the forum.

625mm x 1230 mm.
All of my system 80's are the same.

Thanks heaps for that....cheers

Exactly as my BH measures.

Doh!
What about getting hold of some sash clamps and tightening them up across the cab (with protective material to protect it) to see what happens?
-
I'm only putting a thought out there...If the cab has separated, it should be obvious on the inside edges or top edge of the front / corners...
Do these older games have the plastic slide runner things which staple to the top edge of the ply for the glass to slide on? If one of these has broken it may explan whats going on?

Yeah the cab has seperated at the front...not hard to clamp it up and fix it up....but seems to have a bow in the middle of one side....can pull it in with your hand....dont know how to fix that one up....its not a huge issue at the moment...
