Title: Painting pinball legs
Post by: infinite1977 on May 06, 2014, 10:52:34 PM
Hey guys, stupid question but doesn't hurt to ask.  I have some old black legs that need some TLC.  Is it just a case of cleaning them and Re-spraying with a metal paint?

Clean the rust and scale off the legs. Scrape them up with a green scotchbrite. Use a metal primer and then the paint color you want to use. Optionally, clearcoat the legs. Use the same brand for all three.

Hammertone looks good on really badly pitted legs, the hammertone hides the pitting.
