Title: Can anyone Help with a contact in Washinston DC that can pick up a playfield
Post by: pinoffski on May 23, 2014, 09:04:47 PM
I have found a NOS Flash Playfield from a member on pinside ..

And post to me

I have asked him if he will ship to AU and he would is going to offer for pickup only first..
he said he would consider to ship to me but it is just more of a hassle ..

This playfield was also offererd to stu from CPR to be Scanned for a repo ..

I dont know if this has been excepted for CPR to do ..?

I just need to offer a option so he will send this to me..

help needed please .

Dave

Sorry I don't know anyone in DC for a local pickup but if international shipping is putting him off you could use Borderlinx http://www.borderlinx.com/AU/en/ or another similar freight forwarded. Sign up and they give you a US shipping address and then when your package arrives to them you are notified before they send it on to you. I use these guys occasionally if someone won't ship OS or if I have multiple items from different places they will hold them and ship altogether which is cheaper then a bunch of small parcels.

Thank's Crashramp ...

I have already said i would setup a account with shipto
and then he can send to Nevada and they will forward on to AU

just want to give some options to make this a easy transaction..

maybe he will never send as he sounds like a top end pinball person as he knows the guys from CPR...

This title will be done by CPR "if" the right NOS playfield is sourced. This will help MANY Flash owners as the repro would be a popular title amongst collectors. Maybe strike some sort of deal with CPR (I can help with this) where you get to buy the NOS playfield, but CPR get to scan the original. Then the original can be EASILY and willingly sent from Canada to you.

Stu, I've got a NOS Barracora playfield has a few minor dings and scratches in it, but nothing that would not be easily corrected. I've also got a NOS Flash playfield that I'm likely going to put on the market shortly. I know Flash is not a high dollar game, so may not work for the price points, but they did make a ton of them.

Nino maybe you can he me some how ???
