I finally finished the layout for this board after a member kindly sent one to me. This board has been in the pipeline for two years now! I dislike making new boards without having an original as there are many small things that can be overlooked when working from schematics and pictures. In this case the schematics have the pin connections on the SIP resistor wrong. There is always something!!
I have bought in all the parts and I will have some boards made up in the next few weeks and add this to the website. I note that PBR are still out of stock (two years later) and my bet is they won't be making a new batch...

Not really - I started this project (as I do with most others) because someone asked me to make this board when they couldn't locate a replacement for their burnt board. PBR have not had the board for years. Pictures below shows what sometimes happens to these boards - a repair is possible but not easy and certainly not reliable with the high currents delivered by this board.
