Who can burn ROMS?

Cleaning up a The Getaway at the moment
The ROM is L3, might as well upgrade to L5

Is there anyone local who can burn the ROM for me?

I can do one for you Pete. Not sure what spares I have, but can certainly erase and burn that image to yours.
