Anyone know where I can get one? Leads on pricing and suppliers in the western subs of Melbourne would be great. Also what to ask for ie.,is it toughened, polished edges etc. Thanks
-
Any glazing or window supplier will be able to do the job for you Rob. Definatly want to ask for toughened glass with polished edges.

Yep definatly over the top! I'd be getting another quote from somewhere else. Buying one off pinball glass I usually pay around $60 a piece though I've oftern read others on here buy their glass for about half that from their local supplier. I guess prices vary but $310 is a lot.

I got a glass for a High Speed last year from Zaxs in Port Melbourne...around $60 - $70 bucks from memory
-
Yeh.. that price is high.
You require tempered glass with polished edges. New glass for my GTB Spiderman was $65+GST.. and that's a wide body
-
Sheesh, that's dear.
Just get 5 mm Clear Toughened (Tempered). You don't need the Edgework (just wasting your money).
Toughened glass will come with a 'Rough Arris' edge as standard, which is good enough, because the edges aren't seen.
Trust me......I'm a Glazier. :D
I'm a long way from you, otherwise I'd get you some cheap glass. %.%
$ 40 - 50 is ok price.
I don't want to upset you all.....but it would cost me approx $ 17 + Gst.
I would happily sell some to you guys except I'm in Hervey Bay. Qld. .....and I'm not posting any glass, for obvious reasons.

I forgot to mention to ask for " No Toughened Stamp" if you order glass.
That is the small Logo & Australian Standards mark in one bottom corner.
The glass will look a lot better with no stamp.

Thanks will have to investigate further when next I get a day off
