Title: Stern - Deadpool - 2018
Post by: swinks on May 26, 2018, 08:39:09 AM: Rumor is that Deadpool was supposed to come out before Keith Elwin's Iron Maiden which was designed by John Trudeau and art by Zombi Yeti (who did Ghostbusters and Iron Maiden). The game was then apparently haltered due to Trudeau's departure from Stern and the game issued to another designer who is rumored to be Gomez with Zombi Yeti to then redo the art and should come out June / July 2018 in the US.
This picture was leaked and now published everywhere so not sure if this is Trudeau's design or Gomez's design with the game based on the comic book series and not the movies so with Zombie Yeti doing art it should look awesome.

Post by: oldskool1969 on May 26, 2018, 12:49:47 PM: Some interesting ideas here, look at shooter lane. Can't quite figure out what it does but seems to have a lifting ramp to back of play field. Not big on theme, but like that it should have some funny adult call outs?

There will be some cursing there when in multi ball a shot towards the spinner collides with a ball about to go up the ramp.

The table certain looks like trudeau design, but with a much more open playfield. The shot you mention was the first thing I noticed, and that kind of design is part of Trudeau's bag of tricks for sure.

Love the theme of Deadpool, shots look good but will wait for the stream before I pull the trigger.

I'm in for a pro too, don't see enough extras to warrant getting a Prem or LE with this one.

Not a great theme for me, but I love the arcade video look and sounds, I really want to play it.

1hr 23min is the Disco Multiball - theory is in the Premium all the GI lights go out and the mirror ball lights kick - mod is doable but the trigger and GI off is the challenge.
