I want to make a couple of SMALL shelves for my gamesroom - just enough to hole a few bottles / cups each.
I want to make em retro style and I want to use the style of metal edging that was very common then.
As in the surround strip on the table in the image below......
I have absolutely NO IDEA where to start looking for lengths of this stuff.
I would only need about 2 x 1 metre lengths
Help anyone ^&^

Check out your local recycling center you will probably pick up a similar looking table for a few bucks and get all the materials you need

Hey - if anyone cares I found out this stuff is called ( wait for it - wait for it ) ......'table edging' ( you would never have guessed huh @.@ ) -You but it from Aluminum fabricators.
Getting a 4 metre roll for $15.00 - if anyone ever needs this stuff - PM me as I will have a few metres left over.

Table edging?? How the hell we meant to remember that?
.....Far too cunning

hahahaha, they sat up all night thinking of a name for it.......
Yep, it's been a longtime item in the Aluminium supply area, lots of the furniture renno places (that do retro stuff) buy loads of that edging in various styles.
Glad you found some.
