Title: GTB 70's latch relay - Can anyone suggest if this is correct?

Hi there

Whilst going through the latch relay on my GTB Soccer I noticed that the bank reset relay had a switch stack where the middle switch appears not to have a contact on the middle blade that makes contact with the rest of the stack - I have attached a picture - you will see the middle swithc has a contact on the end but not in the middle of the swithc where the rest of the switches have contacts - can anyone confirm if this is correct or do I need to add contacts in the middle of the switch?

How many wires are there to the left of the contacts? (out of the photo) Does there look like there are any spare wires?

That is strange as there should be a hole where the contact should have been from my experience. But as per Tonys reply are they wired up to anything?

That looks like it was in the factory. The stack was either assembled incorrectly or the features of that stack are not used within the game.

The stack has no broken blades, and if you look at the armature - it has a thin "wear" line, where that longer blade contact has been impacting it.

A picture of the wires would condirm that this is in fact performing a function

Is that middle (longer) wafer simply a lever that 'opens' contacts of the wafer on either side of it.

Normally the middle wafer conducts the top/bottom wafers thru it (closed circuit), and when the middle wafer-lever is lifted by mechanics, it 'opens' the contact between the top/bottom wafers.
( the wafers shown underneath (in photo) are in the flexed (open-circuit) position, confirming the way i see it ).

I'm assuming the top & bottom wafers have wires in/out of them (only 2 wires) and the middle is strictly a conducting lever ???

Thoughts?

Take a photo of where this is located and I will have a look at my Soccer and see if it is the same.

Here a couple more photos - there are definitely wires attached to this switch however you will see if does make contact with the other switches in the stack when the latch relay is activated

The last is second most tothe right looking at the game from the front

That has been replaced at some time, original possibly broke and replaced with closest spare part.
It should have contacts at the point of contact on the blade and probably a square end.

I have some spare switches and contacts so will make up a new one.

If anyone could send me a reference pic when they have time that would be of great assistance
