the experts here will tell you to heat them with a hair dryer first or you will crack the playfield. Heat the glue up and tap them out with an old socket.  i havent done it but will probably do some on the weekend and thats the method i am trying. Good luck and take your time  ^^^

You are learning well Rob as rob has said is correct but use gentle taps first then once they are level or slightly higher use a block to knock them back to level then super glue them as per Marvis wonderful website  ^^^

Hows PRO FOOTBALL ROB???????

Yep - Marvin's guide has it covered.

Gently heat up the insert from under the playfield and "tap" the insert out. If possible, try it on an old playfield if you have one lying around.
