Shellite from bunnings.

I it is really nasty - Try Goof Off. I've used it before with great results on STUBBORN residue. Use in a test area first.

Thanks Nino, I've got plenty of shellite, but I seem to remember hearing not to use goof off as this is mistaken for goo gone.....have you used G-off on diamond plate before? If so how?

Hi

Looked everywhere for Goo Gone up here in QLD with no luck. That Shellite is nasty stuff, I was using it in the garage with roller door up but the fumes went right through the house.

Cheers
Dave

Not on a diamond plate - just EMs and SS.

you're right about the smell but I'll do it outside. I just need to know if it'll cause any problems on the playfield artwork etc I used it on the cab to get rid of the glue and it worked fantastically.

Rob - Try "Orange Solvent" - The smell is pleasant and it might be a good option for you.

Me too. Mmmm orange-y...

Bring on the old jokes... "why did they sell this? How often do you find yourself needing to remove Big Kev's goo?"  #(&
