Title: good day
Post by: stuba on November 15, 2008, 10:54:37 PM
gavin (retropin) came over today and his young son seemed to motivate my playstation and ds kids to play some pinball! the one in the middle has just turned 3! anyway, great afternoon, gav kicked my butt on my latest addition (a bally playboy from Mark). we decided that Mark's guys did a great job on it, its a really nice machine (with nasty outlane drains!)

LOL!!! I kicked your butt?? I seem to remember a best of 5 but i stopped counting after that cos i lost the next one or two!

She is a fantastic example of a Playboy though - super clean. I can see now why these are so sought after...one of the best looking machines ever and good to play also.

Im getting to the point where i can forgive Bally for the hard wired power board seeing as the pins they brought out were so damn good. But i can NEVER forgive Stern for copying it.

Was a great afternoon Stu..... my new found enthusiasm for more modern pins is even more inflamed after a visit to your place.

... I gotta get me some more
