Title: WTD : Gottlieb Sound / Speech Board A6 suit SYs80B

Hi

I have a hacked sound speech board for my Devil's Dare and it only says only one of the 6 phrases.

I am looking for a good sys80b board so I can program the eprom , well get my mate to program it actually.

Please tell us more about the fault as it shouldnt be too hard to fix your board.

You state it says one phrase?  Is this during game play?  Have you tried pressing the test button on the board, it should then run through each sound and speech.

Maybe its an input missing from the driver board that triggers the speech that is missing or a connector issue between the sound and driver boards.

Testing with the button on the board will prove or disprove this theory..
