Title: Pinball Christmas Gifts
Post by: pinnies4me on December 26, 2008, 12:21:34 PM
Thought I'd start a thread where anyone lucky enough to have a significant other who was thoughtful and bought them a pin related gift can post.

Now a few years back for my birthday (and seeing it's 24/12 it was part Christmas gift too) I scored an Attack from Mars! Kinda sets the bar a bit high, but to lower it a bit, this year my wife got me a T-shirt! As she said "I know it's not the King Pin you want (the proposed IPB-Capcom one) but it's still says King Pin!"

I love the way she acknowledges my interest in pins, and pays attention enough to see the King Pin connection.

Here's a shot of me modeling it...

Nice shirt (awesome pin), do you mind if I ask where she bought it from?

Sorry Tony, I haven't been able to get any info out of her, she likes her little secretas, but I'll keep working on it.

And as for everyone else - **no** Pinball Christmas Gifts?????   !@#

Well, I bought two pins just before Christmas - does that count?

Re T-shirts - there is a company called VistaPrint http://www.vistaprint.com.au (http://www.vistaprint.com.au) that will let you upload a pic and get it printed on a T-shirt pretty cheaply (eg $20-$30). So you could get your own done no problem.

I didn't receive any Christmas Gifts... I ask people to spend their $$ on the kids.

However - Last Nov/Dev I landed a Fathom from Germany and a Medusa from France (Cheers Mark)

This November - I landed a Haunted House and Spirit from the infamous 80's container (Again - Mark)..

So my missus said that would be Christmas and my Birthday taken care of for 2 years !!
