Should I be worried guys??? My interest in pinball has been at an absolute minimum if it would even rank at minimum so why the he'll on a 42 degree day would I have the urge to go out in the shed and work on pinball machines???? Could this mean I'm improving or going completely nuts????

Well I consider myself completely abnormal and I spent the afternoon in the garage - working on a pin ^&^

Funny, after the beach I **had** to play a few games - on the only game not in the air conditioned house! Played Spirit in the garage until I was sweating, and that only took a couple of minutes.
Definitely nuts.

^&^ do not worrie daniel,i have also lost interest since crissy,just can't be fagd.but that hass not stopped me from looking for bargins,or sorting parts,or doing enything BUT working on pins.TOOmuch to do can get overwhelming

Happens to all of us I think Daniel .
I am more crazy than you though .. spent the better part of 3 days either side of Australia Day in the garage in the stinking heat trying to find that damn fault on Lady Luck causing it to bust at 20. !!!
Think I will be taking a break from working on pins for a bit now.. am really over it at the moment.
I find my interest cycles between working on them , playing them , and taking a general break from them.

I've been in a bit of a funk for almost a year myself. I figure when I'm ready, the pins will be there!

Everyone is spot on.
When I get sick of the pins, I think of what else can I do for fun. &&
Buy a motorbike = get run over by a car
Buy another Jet Ski = see another huge white pointer shark
Take the family on a expensive Overseas holiday = get kidnapped by Islamic Terrorists or catch a disease
Buy a new Car/Toy = Watch it depreciate by 100percent over 2 years
Look for a New Hobby = get bored of it after a week
So, I just walk out to the garage, or to my second loungeroom, look at all the different titles lined up n think, gee they look good, and I havent even turned one on today !
Yeh, they will be there tomorrow when I am up to it, plus there is the great AP Forum, so I will just stick to PINBALL.
(or as Williams used to say "Play a real Game = Pinball ! ) ^^^ ^^^ ^^^
