Guys,
Saw this on Ebay
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2-Channel-PC-Computer-Digital-mini-USB-Oscilloscope-/290553329132?pt=UK_Computing_CablesConnectors_RL&hash=item43a653f5ec
Looks like a nice cheap solution for guys wanting to see what is going wrong with their electronics without having to fork out for a real CRO or Digital Oscilloscope. I haven't got one, i've got an old CRO but I'd give this a go if I didn't.

Measurable frequency: 0Hz -----3kHz
There is your problem (and the same thing is the problem with most of these PC based add-ons).
An upper limit of 3Khz is FAR too low to be of much use.
In fact a logic probe would be more useful!

DOH should have checked the info more carefully. Thanks for correcting me. I didn't even consider speed, my CRO is probably 30 years old, I assumed the PC would have creamed it. Oh well :tumble:
