Title: WPC Power driver board headaches
Post by: pinnie39 on September 06, 2013, 01:17:05 AM
Hi. Just wondering if anyone can help me.
Im having problems with my wpc 89 driver board.
It blew a coil (ramp down)
I replaced the coil, the transistors, Q32 (tip 102 and the smaller one) the resistors, the diode, Ls374 (U3) logic chip.
Everything related to it. Several times!!
But it keeps locking on on start up and blowing fuse 103.
I tried another working board and it works fine so there is no playfield shorts etc... and the cpu board is fine since it works fine with another board.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thank you.
