Title: Wiring for mods
Post by: delarge on September 21, 2014, 08:00:21 PM
Hi all,
I started my own LCD screen mod for my AC/DC Pro last year and had a Raspberry Pi connected playing video on loop. I'd just about completed my working prototype and then the project stalled. I've now decided I should finish what I started. Could someone please point me in the right direction on which grade wire to use or a Web address? I have the connectors ready to go, just need to extend the wiring from up the back of the playfield to the power source.

Cheers!
Adam.

Hey Jady,
Raspberry Pi is 5.25V 2A. LCD screen is 12V.

Cheers!
Adam.

18 gauge or metric similar 19 x 0.193mm.

My leads for the creature mod are the metric option and will easily take the 12 volt.

Thanks, Jady. Will pull my finger out and get this happening now.

Cheers!
