Title: backglasses fro the US

I'm trying to get a backglass from the US to here in Australia. The cost of sending it UPS is US$350.  This is making it impossible for me to do this deal. Also, the supplier will not use US mail, as it has been unreliable for him in the past. Does anyone have any ideas or help with this? Thanks, Mark

In my experience - US$350 is about right through UPS. I suppose you could have the seller send it via UPS to a US postal address and have them send it via USPS ? But you have to know someone in the US to do that.

What backglass is it Mark?

The Shay Arcade Group charges US$195 for their glasses to be shipped to Australia (and packed real well) and I thought that was expensive!
