Hi Guys.
Whats a fair price for TMNT in  needs resto, fair, average, good, excellent, fully restored condition.  !@#

They don't come up often. Condition is the key here as these games were well played on location. Factors include mylar condition, playfield wear and ramp entry. The topper is nearly always missing. Plastics can be found these days. Cabinets are usually very good. Backglass is stunning.

"As is" / "Container pin" - $1500-$1650
"working" - $1700 - $2100
Reconditioned - $2300 - $2500
Restored - $2600 - $3200 - Depends on definition of "restored".

I could be off the mark here, as I have not seen one changing hands for a while in the current overpriced climate.

Thank you for that. Yep overpriced for sure $3600 wanted and I would have put it at maybe reconditioned but then I saw it with the power on. After boot it asked for the door to be opened.

Yep. All data easts do that when the batteries are flat or have been removed.
