Below are some pics of the protoype Gottlieb neon sign.
This is one of approx 3 we will be making and is subject to approval. There may be some MINOR changes, but these will be for sale through our website

Design is true representation of the manufacturers logo used on machines made in 1960, when GOTTLIEB were still using wooden side rails but were just making the transisition to steel
Sign is made from 4.5mm acrylic with printed face.
is internally lit with flouros
has external D.GOTTLIEB & CO signature in 9mm neon.
Approx power consumption is 150W
Size is;
750mm long
425mm high
100mm deep.
This is designed to simply hang on a wall and plug in.. power cord is from bottom left.
It is SIMPLY AWESOME!!! and will be available soon!
Price to be determined but AP members will get $50 discount....
... now is ANY games room complete without a neon sign???

Last time I was at your place I remember you showing me the artwork for this neon on your pc, finished product is just awesome!!these signs will be very very popular worldwide, every pinball/muesuem showroom in the states will order one of these PLUS all the Gottlieb collectors worldwide, great work mate Gottlieb must be very happy with the end product.

Thats right!!! I did too!... That was a while ago now... sign has been through a few design changes and resizes. I did have it smaller but making the D.GOTTLIEB & CO signature in glass was just too difficult squeezing all that work into such a small area.
These signs are bloody labour intensive and while ill be keeping the price down as much as possible, they wont be what you call "super cheap".
have to agree though v8 - what pinball showroom could do without? What museum? And for the collector... these would really set off the gamesroom installed over some "choice" GOTTLIEB machines.
... Theres more to come too!

Just had official word from GOTTLIEB and sign has full approval.
These will be on the site www.flipperescue.com soon, or can be ordered through this site and receive $50 discount as stated before,

Will you have custom packaging for shipping ? How does one have a sign sent to Melbourne #@#

Signs will be shipped in custom made padded MDF box and will be delivered via courier. It costs the same to ship these signs as it does stencils as weight is still way under 20KG.
price of sign will include shipping box.
At the moment i have just the one sign as it was the prototype ( and its mine!!!!)... now it has been officially approved, i will start production on some stock.
Im crunching numbers to price these well... i want them to sell obviously, but they must also be priced accordingly to materials and labour.
If anyone orders these and requires say a 2M X 240v lead from top or bottom or specific side, then just let me know... it wont change the price, but i can manufacture to suit.
Will give price soon...
