Hi my Name is John. I was born in Traralgon Victoria and still live there now with my wife and 2 teenage children. I currently have 3 pins and 2 jukeboxes in my collection. A Gottlieb Centigrade 37, Gottlieb King Pin & Bally Kiss. The jukes are a 1960 AMI Continental - currently stumbling my way through a full restoration and a Rock-Ola 470. My father was a piball operator in the Gippsland area of Victoria for about 25yrs and purchased my 3 pins new which makes them one owner games but all have been comercially used of course. He sold the business and retired about 8yrs ago and my 3 pins had proberly not been used for about 5 yrs before that so they have basically been in storage for 13yrs. Non of them are currently working so I am going to need some advice as I get them up and running. I have great memories of dads pinball parlor here in my home town. I used to work for him as a teenager changing one and two doller notes into 20 cent coins for people. I wish I had some more of the great machines that went through ther over the years.
Thanks, John

AMI Continentals are highly valued these days. There is one left in our family, fully restored and working. We also have one AMI Model K Juke which I may restore one day. I sold a few Jukes to members last year or the year before - I can't remember.
You are VERY lucky to have a Continental - they are worth PLENTY these days !
Enjoy the site !

Welcome John, and hope you enjoy this forum. Fair amount of breadth and depth of topics, and very helpful folks make this a great place to learn and enjoy.
By the way, Centigrade 37 ..... always loved the pins from the 1970's era (both EMs and SS), and this is definitely a classic.

Another member with a Jukebox, i have noticed a lot of other members also own Jukeboxes, Could we have a list of owners similar to the pinnie list?

Hi John,
Hmm would your father happen to be Graham of LV Amusements? If so I purchased my first few pinballs from him about 10 years ago.
