Title: 12V Power Supply and Lamp Tester
Post by: elkor-alish on December 31, 2012, 11:23:24 PM
I got sick of hooking up two 6V batteries whenever I needed a 12V supply so I threw this thing together.
It has a 12V (red), 4V-7V (yellow), ground (black) banana plug outlets and an 89, 906, 555 and 44 lamp tester as well.
All mounted on a piece of left over wood from some arcade cabs I made up, even has t-molding.   *%*

Neat idea. I rigged up an old ATX computer power supply in a similar fashion to boot boards on my bench. Even put a molex connector in-line and have pigtails to attach it to most makes/models of boards.

I don't have a bulb tester, though, just test them using a continuity test on the meter. But I might integrate such a feature into it going forward.
