I once had a young bloke come out onsite with me a few years back... we were in a cherry picker putting a sign up... he was holding it in position while i went to screw it off. His phone rang and he dropped the sign to answer it... i caught it with one hand, dropped my drill driver and saved the sign. Kicked the prick off site straight away.. useless turd.
Forward on a few years and same guy appears onsite again working for a firm i was subcontracted to. I refused to have him in the bucket with me and had him as ground spotter instead. Each time i needed something from the truck i had to tell him to get off the phone... now i just refuse to have him anywhere near me... useless turd
