The end of stroke switch needs to be clean and touching and only open when the flipper is at full stroke. If all that is right you might need to rebuilt the flippers as sloppy parts will give you weak flippers
Yep.... 9 times out of 10 though its the end of stroke switch with too much tension, not enough, dirty etc.
