Gee that's a nice pinball and even comes with its history, does the post near the flippers move up and down?

Peter

"Shield of the Gods" - Yes it is part of the game and it is activated via a button next to the flipper button. You start off with three attempts. As the ball is draining, you press the button and much like a sling, it kicks the ball back into play. Vector has a similar setup in the outlanes. As you play the game, you earn more attempts - denoted by the display on the playfield.

Medusa is a cracker of a game. I'd say it is the fastest Bally of this era. Most of the scoring happens in the top half of the playfield where the zipper flippers come into play. The rules are deep, and I've had a ball that lasted 10 minutes and scored 1.7 Million, and then had a game that lasts less than a couple of minutes. It is VERY unforgiving.

There is a backglass (R Rated), where Medusa has her boobs out. Very hard to find.

As a game, it is one of my favorites.
