I've restored a couple of these and this one looks to be in nice condition.  My only gripe with this style of cab is the playing position, its just so not ergonomic or comfortable.  Plus it only has a 14" monitor. I'd be looking for horizontal control panels and a 20" screen.  

$650 tops IMO
